Abstract: The current study aimed to study the applying of the Total Quality Management ( TQM) in the Sultanate of Oman schools with suggestive visualized to apply the standards of TQM according to the both administrative and teaching authorities. Two questionnaire set up for the principals , assistants , and teachers to achieve the goals of this study , each of them contains from the following axels: the concept of TQM, administrative and leadership practices, professional and training development, evaluation of employees performance, rehabilitative care of students, school environment, communicating with the society. The sample of study includes ( 117 ) principals and assistants and ( 729 ) teachers. The study result reveal that the applying of TQM in the schools is in the average level and there is no statistical differences refers to sex ( male , female ) neither to the administration members or teaching staff. Also there is no statistical differences to the years of experiences (short more than 5 years and long more than 10 years ). According to the results of study, suggested visualized was set up to apply the TQM contains four steps : Preparing , trying , applying and improving and each step includes two stages : Execution and Evaluation. Beside the basics and applying principles , expected challenges and the ways to defeat it. The researcher recommended to focus on to spread the culture of quality among the school society and considering the practical training among teaching and administration members to apply the TQM and sharing the profits of previous experience and providing the necessary of the spiritual and financial support.
